1. Me during the accident at the TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Company)
nuclear power plant Hukushima-Daiichi ("Fukushima-Daiichi")
In the spring of 1985, I returned from Yokohama, where I had spent my time as a university student and worker, and joined "System Engineering Co., Ltd.", which my father managed in the city of Souma-shi ("Soma-shi").
There, I obtained qualifications such as first-class electrical work in construction-management engineer, pipe construction, and sequencing necessary for firm work.
And I was involved in the design and construction of production equipment at user factories, maintenance planning and factory construction.
The year 2011, when the nuclear power plant accident happened, marked the 50th anniversary of the foundation of our company. I replaced my father as president and was about to start a new management reform support project.
